Okay. I don't normally write emails after I see plays and such. Me - from Washington - actor/musician visiting Astoria for the first time. Had a "first date" with a local that lives just outside Seaside on August 20. Decided to go see Shanghaied in Astoria after climbing the tower.

Bottom line - best first date either of us has EVER had. We laughed our asses off . That HAD to be one of the best performances of this play EVER! Either that or your actors are the bomb! I have never laughed so hard in my life. Honest! Nor have I seen a villain (Crook) have to eat so much popcorn. Unbelievably amazing. I am definitely going to make this a yearly rite from now on! Don't know how I could have missed it all these years! Oh yeah, and good luck with the indoor plumbing too.
