Tickets for ASOC activities and shows can also be purchased by phone, via a voice mail box system. Messages can be left day or night at anytime.

When you call 503-325-6104 the message will give you basic details of current shows and activities only.

Please leave a clear message with:

• Your name
• Contact number
• And the best way to reach you during the hours of 10am to 3pm weekdays and Saturdays.
• Also leave details about what show you would like to attend.
• What date
• How many tickets you will need.
• And if you will be requesting a group, senior or child discount.

If there is only a specific time you can be reached please leave that in the message and the ticket reservationist will do their best to reach you at your requested time.

The messages are checked daily during off season and 2-3 times a day during the summer. Calls are returned usually within 24 hours or less.

Once the reservationist has made contact she can help you to select your tickets for you and your party.

For all show reservations are requested and for most shows pre-purchase of tickets is required. Tickets can be purchased by Credit Card over the phone or arrangements can be made for a check to be sent to our P.O. Box if it can be done a week or more before chosen show date.

All reserved seating will be held only until 5 minutes before curtain time. The ASOC reserves the right to resell your seat if you are a no-show.

Latecomers will be seated ONLY at the discretion of the management.

Complementary seating will be held until 10 minutes before curtain time, no exceptions!

No refunds on ticket sales.

All ticket exchanges at the discretion of management.
